Should Bourne CPA funds pay for ?Admin? Building roof replacement?
Should a roof replacement project proposed for the school system?s Administration Building at Sandwich Road be funded via the historical resources account of the Community Preservation Act, or should the project be shifted to traditional capital outlay committee review?
